A project: is an idea that aims at a solution through a set of activities: diagnosis, planning, execution and control Often, the study of a project must include four elements such as:
A- the table of beneficiaries
B- Problem Tree
C- Tree of objectives and;
D- the logical framework
1. Table of beneficiaries also table of recipients
The table of beneficiaries can be summarized in Figure 1:
2. The problem tree can be presented as follows (see Figure 2):
At the level of this tree each cause must cause the main problem and have an effect on the vertex.
3. The tree of objectives
This tree is the new version of the tree of problems, in other words: the causes are transformed into means, the problems are transformed into objectives and the effects are converted into results.
4. The logical framework
Constitutes an essential element for a project manager. The logical framework is to develop the means available to achieve the specific objectives. These goals must be SMART, ie: Specific, Measurable, Reachable or Reasonable, Realistic and finally Temporally Defined. It should be noted that a specific objective must contribute to achieving the overall objective.
